Compaq presario v3000
Complaint about battery

As my note book model COmpaq presario v3000 which i purchased in the month of jully n now when i start my notebook it doesn't start unless n until i connect charger to it, as when i connect it then its shows a problem of battery charged as 61%(computer not responding) n its not charging so i check the status about my battery on-line where i come to know that its warrnty has been expired which is not acceptable to me. As well as how it is possible that with in warranty period my battery showing defective (out of warranty n not responding). Please take cognizance of it as earlier as possible and oblige me.
