Compaq Presario V3133AU
I was delivered a cheap quality laptop

I have been robbed by Compaq (HP). I feel pity on my decision to purchase a Presario V 3133AU. I was delivered a typical "made in China" product as the carton suggests. Exactly 20 days after the warranty period, it went dead. My frustration gets doubled when I think of the fact that I have been using it with such care, almost like a desktop, never moved it from the table, used a seperate keyboard so that I dont give too much pressure on the keypad on the notebook, using a good quality UPS all the time (V-Guard), etc.

I bought the system from Focuz Computers, Krishna Building, Bakery Jn. Trivandrum. Ph. No. 0471-2337035. When I gave the laptop to them for servicing, they say it has a problem with the motherboard and I have to give them nearly 25000 to change the board. I bought the laptop for Rs. 45000. I called Compaq customer care quoting the S/N of the laptop and the executive washed his hands off very cleverly saying that Compaq has not manufactured a product with the serial no. (Model: Presario V3133AU, S/N: 2CE6410KTZ). I bought the laptop on loan and I have not repaid the loan yet.

I do not know what to do
