Failure to send gift item inspite of sending DD of RS 300

Iam lodging complaint for last time as iam fed of repeated requests for delivering my gift item. If you fail deliver my specified gift with in a week, iam forced to sue your firm in consumer court as i have complete documents. Iam also sending scanned copies of the documents. For last 06 months you people are making fool of mine but this time iam not going to spare you. I have send you demand draft no. 282236 in favour of solution integrated marketing services of RS 300.00 dated 10/05/07 with supporting documents on 10/05/07 through speed post but till date i got nothing but only frustation.
