Repaired m/c without informing charges for replacing parts

Recently my machine has suddenly stopped working because power switch in CPU was not working properly. And I have contacted INFOCITY, (shop no. 7, Raikar Bhavan, Vashi sector 17, ph-022-27662111 / 3111, navi-mumbai, maharashtra) from where I have purchased this PC & my warranty has just expired on 19th September 08. Hearing my complain they told me that they will charge Rs. 750 for open the m/c & I have to bring this PC to their shop but I was not ready to spend Rs 750 because charge was very high, but later they have reduced this charges to 350 & told me to bring my PC to their shop & accordingly on 2nd October I have taken appointment & visited that shop with my CPU and shop representative has told me to keep my machine for one day for detecting the problem & they will call me once problem has been detected. Next day i have tried their phone no as indicated above but phone was ringing seems not working. then on 4th I have again tried & got them and they told me very diplomatically that repair will cost Rs. 3500 because mother board & SMPS is damaged & charges can be reduced if I take AMC form them & all together expenses will come10000. Hearing the amount I visited their shop & told them I shall not repair until I would take 2nd opinion but they have confirmed that time that they have already repaired & I have to spend that much amount. I have then argued how they can repair the machine without taking my permission & that to a big amount? After that I have not collected CPU & told them I will approach consumer court if they are not reducing charges (at least half) but listening my request over phone they have immediately dropped phone. I am writing these complain to you seeking justice & you should take strain action against those who are doing this amount of cheating under your banner name & spoiling your reputation. I also fear that keeping my CPU with them may damage something else.
