I've bought a coolpad mobile from Reliance Webworld on 5th August and found the same defective on 7th August as the response was too slow. When contacted I was told to get the same serviced at the authorised service centre and I followed instructions but after few days the problem again started and gave the instrument for servicing on 1st Sep and till date the instrument is with the service station. There are no signs of delivery till date. On every visit of mine I've been given a new reason for delay. One hs to personally visit the service centre as there wouldnot be any response on phone.
