Refund Of Payment

I have paid Rs 35000/ by credit card on condition that I have to consult my family and children the only I accept the membership. On confirmation from Head Office I rejected the membership next day only and requested not to make member and refund my paid ammount. Also tried to stop the payment by sending mail to ICICI customer care by mail, but due to transaction was over the could not stop the payment. After two reminder also without providing any service my refund of Rs. 35000/ is not being done by Country Vaccation club, Lucknow & Hyderabad Unit.
