Wrong billing bill dtd 9/6

My latest billing statement for my credit card no 447766616881008 shows an entry made on 31/5/09 a processing fee of Rs 357.85 and service tax on it Rs 36.86 ..totalling rs 394.71 due for payment..

This I was told now by your telecall officer Mr. Srinivas that there is an air ticket purchase by me.

In your advertisement or in Makemy trip .com your agent has never mentioned there will be a processing fee..No other credit card company cxharges anything additional on airtickets purchase instaed they offer commission/ cash back some percentage of purchase..

This is day light robbery making unwary customer foot unnecessary bills...

You are already earning commisiion from travel agent which we are entitledto instead..ok. becos we are using your credit card we don't mind forgoing that but charging aditional ammount is atrocious& clear cut cheating... Nowhere you have cautioned buyers that there will be additional charge...

Please ensure this charge is withdrawn and my account debit is reversed...

Why would I buy ticket from you when I can get rebate from travel agency??

only becos of convenience for this you cahrge me processing fee >. that too without any warning...

Sorry I am appalled &totally disappointed with your tactics and shrew way of debiting customers nay fl;eecing ...!!! 1

Please revert since mine is an autodebit account ICICI BANK Wealth A/C Holder...
