We bought a Crompton greaves wall mounted fan on 11.04.2007

In the month of may the fan blade got broken, So we registered a warranty complaint of 0085 on 05.05. But the chennai service team told the blade will not cover under warranty, so we paid Rs.250 to the technician for the replacement, After one year we have started using the fan in the summer time from april within one month the base of the fan got broken, Once again we thought to go with original and made a complaint of OGF 890 0n 25.05.2009 but the technician came on 30.05.2009 and told that the materials will reach within 15 days, but we have to pay Rs.450-500.

I bought a fan for Rs.1450 and the maintenance cost for two year to the fan is Rs.750?

Now I need a reasonable answer from the supplier.
