Excess Bill

Hello

With reference to subject i would like to add we had recieved the bill of42000 in month of sept. We investigated broabband usgaes. Major part show downloading at 2.00 to 6.00 am where as our office hours is 9.00 am to 6.00pm. We have kept modem and sytems off during the time but still bsnl report shows we are downloading .no person from our office are staying at that time as per our security. While leaving the office we make sure that everything is shutdown.

We are forced to have this connection is as our area have them only as servicing agents. We are also forced to pay hefty amounts. Please advise
