Frequent disconnection

I have made innumerable complaints regarding the poor performance of BSNL broadband connection on my phone no 040-24527813, the ADSL light frequently disappears and the broadband connection stops, many a times staff have turned up but have not solved the problem, they say that wiring is to be changed but take no action. Further it is surprising that the dialup connection works fine,

Pl take the complain seriously and take appropriate action.even when i was trying to send this message the net got dissconected thrice.
