Not replacing faulty Bed

Hi,

i had purchased a Bed from Deep Furnishers 1 month back.

The mattress has been out of shape within a week due to the

material from which it is maid and we are not able to use the

bed as the mattress had bent down. When we approched him

he promised to sent a man to resolve the issue. But now He is refusing

to send any one.kindly help me regarding the same.
