Water bill not coming

Delhi Jal board,

Sub: No Water bills are coming for the last

three years.

I, Arvinder Kaur, resident of RZ A 23/24 Indra park Uttam Nagar Delhi 110059, am not receiving the water bill for the last three years, hence I am making payment for the same only on ad hoc basis. No regular bills are coming to our building where six flats occupants are waiting for bills eagerly.

We Request to authority please tell the concern department to wake up and send the bills regularly and we want to know the our zonal water officers address and contact no. so that we could call him and clear our queries.

As the both Janak Puri and paschim Vihar officers are unable to tell us where are our account is???

Have done the mutation at Paschim Vihar West III office in the Name of Arvinder Kaur on dated 17/02 and deposited 300 as mutation and other charges and 1500/- as bill amount on ad hoc basis.

Total Ad hoc Payment made by me is 2500/- only. till date.

Please do the needful and arrange to send the bills regularly in the name of Arvider Kaur as the mutation is already done through Paschim Vihar III office West Delhi.
