Replacement of faulty mete

With deep regret I would like to state that all my hopes regarding action on my complaint have been withered while i am writing this mail.

I am a resident member of yamuna vihar area.

I had filed an application for replacement of faulty meter at the K NO mentioned below on 31.01.11 & i was assured by DJB staff that action will be taken in 15 working days.

I am sorry to say that no action has been taken till the time of this mail. I understand that heavy penalty is being imposed in every bill because of non working meter. I have visited the concerned office of DJB office, shanti mohalla (Ph No. 22464592) on so many occasions but in vain.
