Demat A/C Complaints: Demat A/C Welcome Kit not yet received

Hi,

I had applied for reliance money DEMAT account in the month of December through the Mumbai, Santakruz, office.

I finally received an SMS on my cell on 8’th of January, quoting -

“Dear Patron, Welcome kit dispatched by First Flight Courier. You will be receiving this within 5 days”.

Its 16’th January and I am still waiting for the Kit. I do not have the dispatch number with me and hence can’t track through First Flight.

Every time, on calling 39886000, I am asked to stay online and I never get connected even after waiting for 5-10 minutes.

Calling the agent, but who was in touch with me to get the account processed didn’t work as it seems he has

no clue of the status.

The main purpose of opening this account was to participate in the online trading game arranged by Mumbai

Sorry to say that the game is getting over on Friday (18’th Jan).

I just wish to get the kit ASAP.

Kindly help me in this regard.
