EXCESS ELECTRICITY BILL & METER NOT WORKING: METER NO. CB 12 1361. Online complaint made No. 92121428, 92121429 dated 21.10.2011 and 92121431 dated 28.10.2011 on the above subject. Speed post letters to SDO/EE/SE/MD has been send. To my utter surprise no action till date has been taken on the above complaints. Even on online they have not even allotted the complaint to any worker. Bill which used to come of Rs. 1900/-, this time it has come of Rs. 13453.00. No official of DHBVN is least bothered. They are I think all are in festive mood.
