Excess electricity bill due to faulty mete

I am a resident of Sector-52, Gurgaon. My meter is showing a reading of 20, 000 at 27 July from last reading of 4604 at 28 May. My average month consumption is 383 unit and six month consumption is 795 unit (as per Consumer Bill details). From September to May my reading totaled 4604 but in just 2 months it has been shooted to 20, 000 (amount: ~Rs. 70, 000). Please advice
