BILL CORRECTION

I am residents in Hn. 774/22 gali no. 3 Gandhi nagar (Gurgaon) haryana i suffring problam on side of bijli board i paid bijli bill on 18.05.2009 amount was RS 6017 .whan i was paid bill office software not worked. Employer of the bijli board writ down my amount in a book and stamp on my bill recipt and give me.

Till than in evry bill thay add this amount. When ever i go to bijli board to correct this bill. Thay said to me book was lost in which your bill entry. When we found that book problam will be solve .i compaint evry officer head cashier, sdo, xen. Plz give me solution
