TDR SUBMITTED BUT NO REFUNDS

Dear Sir,

I had booked confirmed railway tickets on 17th March by my citibank credit card No:5520 9390 4377 5005 from kalka to New Delhi and New Delhi to ahmedabad but as I changed my plans, on 28th April I went to reservation center to cancel it but the clerk couldn't refund as this particular credit card was lost and citibank issued me a new credit card:5520 9390 4377 5013 by that time so I had to submit my tickets with the assurance from Chief commercial Manager (Refunds), New Delhi. But now its more than five months passed and still no refunds credited to my credit card. Meanwhile I had sent two speed post reminders to C.Comm. Manager as well as two speed post complaints to Hono'ble railway minister and Secretary to Rail Bhawan. No response availed so far. Only I received a letter that my case has been directed to Chief Comm. Manager (Church gate office, Western Railway)

Respected Sir, total amount for refunds is 1455 3690=5145. I hope my refunds will be soon credited/deposited to my citibank account. No matter old/new no means either 5005 0r 5013.
