Non supply of gas

My gas connection number is RD 3017 and i am residing at B58, sheetal apartments, sector, 14, rohini, delhi-85.i have the connection for around 25 years

i book gas on tel no 1260, waiting number is given, but no gas is supplied. when computer starts taking request for fresh refil, we again get a waiting number from number 1260, but again no supply.

dealer simply does not lift receiver.once he lifted mobile and assured gas shjall be supplied in 2 days, but now many days have passed.
