Unsolicited downloads costing me heavily

My cell No is 9894627022. For the last 2 months I have been getting unsolicited down loads for which I am charged heavily

Please stop all the down loads forth with, . My phone bill use to be below 600 only

Now the past 2 months it above 3000.I will wait for a week to bring tjhis to effect. If ther is no progress I will cancell my sim card and to gether with it 14 of my firms sims cards
