Non Refund of Security

I am highly frustated and unhappy with DS Constructions (now DSC Limited).

I got smart tag for which they charged security of 1500 Rs. Now I have moved my job hence requested to cancel my Tag and refund my security. I have been chasing them since Oct but no response. They are not even responding to mails.

Can anyone help me with better way to resolve this issue.
