Misbehave with passange

DTC staff is the worst staff, no sense of talking & behaving with the passanger even if the passanger is a woman. They have their own attitude as they are taking us in the buses for free of cost. The incident took place on 30/04/10 in the morning at shakkar pur bus stop around 9:15, i was getting in the low floor AC bus route no. 469 for lajpat nagar.By mistake i entered in the bus from front door as i put a step in the bus my hand stucked in the doors i shouted so he asked me to get in the bus through the back doors. Now my question is this that is this a way to behave with passangers, it means if a person is come front of the bus so they will run the bus over the person. I must say DTC Corp. Must take action towards such employees, otherwise these people will continue like this.
