Non Delivery of HIGH PRIORITY DOCS

WORST COURIER SERVICE: DTDC

Sent a high priority documents by DTDC, Bhubaneswar - 751 006 (Unique Travels, Hotel Rajdhani Complex, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar) on 3rd Apr 09 to Singapore. Was Confirmed by Mr. G.B Mallik (the Owner) that courier will be delivered on 4th evening/not later than 5th morning.

Documents not delivered till 9th Apr 09 .

I missed joining a ship and incurred heavy losses. Mr. G.B Mallik (91 993707 1080), continues to give false promises doesnt respond.

Please advise.
