Sub: Complaint for undelivered letter, docket no. z89721960 dated. 24.04.09.

Sir/ Madam,

We are regularly providing business to your courier service from more than one year. We regret to inform you that our letter sent to Bangalore with your docket no z89721960 dated: 24.04.09 has been returned to us on 05.05.09. After enquiring at your office at ambabari, jaipur we were told that the letter was returned because of short address.

We were surprised to learn the facts and immediately confirmed from the person we had sent the letter, he told us that the address is fully complete and all the letters he is receiving from various courier services at the same given address.

Moreover if the Bangalore DTDC office found it as short address he could have given a call on the mobile number mentioned therein but he didn’t do so.

Explaining all above facts please suggest at least one reason of short address and not delivering our letter in time. We are enclosing docket no. slip and photocopy of address on envelope.
