Refund not provided for cancelled ticket

I made a flight ticket booking on 31st July. because of some reason there is a change in the plan so i canceled the ticket on 5th of August. They promised the refund amount Rs 2320 will be credited back in my account within 10-15 days. But still now the amount is not credited. even after calling the customer care on 011-43030303 several times (almost 20-30 times) there is no proper response. All the time they are collecting the contact number and inform me as they will contact me within 1Hr, But till date the amount is not refunded to my account.
