Local Monthly Ticket Price

I am a daily passanger of Eastern Raileay Sealdah Div. My route is Ichapur to B.B.D. Bag/Sealdah Via

Dumdum. I always avail monthly ticket for this journey, on 17th Aug I purchase the same for Rs.115.00 .But on next month when ask for same ticket, Booking clark ask for Rs. 160.00.Upon my quary she replied that due to computarisation you have to pay more. I don't think it is logical. Regarding this matter he express his ignorence about the matter ; same time he replied he will look after the matter.

But, on this month setuation not changed. So, ask want to ask DRM Sealdah why I have to pay more for same route? If it is progamming problem then rectified it immideately, until then pl. issue handwritten monthly ticket, and oblise us.as, like me all passengers are faceing the same problem.
