Poor courier service

Dear Sir

I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. They are not at all sincere. I got receipt (no:292337) from them that my ICICI credit Card (wayBill number 271640530) could not be delivered to me since I was not at home and so asked me to contact at 65203373 between 9 am to 7 pm. When I tried to contact those numbers more than 100 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. Most of thetime they did not lifte the phone for last 7 days. Some times, THEY PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AS IS THEY WERE ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL. But in receipt from Elbee Express, they furnish the contact number. Finly I could spek to somebody on saturday and i come to know that the card has sent back to ICICI and blamed me that I did not contatct.

I am unable to understand why ICICI bank tie up with this worst service providers. I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.
