I have been receiving wrong electric bill (in the range of Rs. 40, 000/- to Rs. 60, 000/-) from MSEB department since more than one year and every month I or my wife is visiting your Thane office for manual correction of bill.

I and my wife have requested and escalated to your officer in Thane office for necessary correction (Xerox copy of bills is also given), however neither the necessary action is taken nor a commitment is received.
