In Shalimar Village near Shalimar Bagh almost every house is involved in more or less electricity theft,

In every home they are using an instrument to adjust the Meter Reading, and in this way they decrease the readings everyday ..

This instrument is implemented in everyhouse by MR Anil Kumar who have a shop on the corner of Street no. 8 of Shalimar Village,

And I have personally seen those reading adjustment system in three houses...
