A lot of complains from washing machine

I bought electrolux washing machine on 15-04. it started having problems in the beginning. the machine broke and and has been serviced many times but it never worked smoothly. i have even complained many times but your technicians were never able to make it worked perfectly. we have to give our clothes to washer man even after having a washing machine at home. we did not get any benefit from this washing machine and we are spending money to wash our clothes. i want this machine to be replaced. its a big headache for me and my family to keep the untidy clothes for days.
