Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is Mohamed Seoudi; I am Egyptian I live in Cairo and I work as executive manager in a multinational company. I filled a Citibank silver Credit Card application and I have been told that I must attach three account statements for any other credit card to the Citibank application in order to have the same limit.

There for I attached to the application that I signed on mid of March all the requirement documents combine with last three original account statements of my Nation Bank Credit card.

And I had been in touch with the Citibank hotline representative on phone in a weekly base to know the status of my application. But without any benefit.

Each time I call they inform me that my application status is cancelled as one of the Citibank sales teem representative should contact me to inform me about the status of my application and to complete my documents if there is any missing document. Any they take my mobile number and inform me that within the next 48 hours some one from the sales will call me to finalise my issue, But till today 10 May (two months) no one call me and this is the reason that I write to you to ask:

- Is there is any one from the main office supervise the new applications in Citibank Egypt? (as each time I called Citibank I listen to the alert message that all the call will be monitored )!!!

- Is it an acceptable performance for multinational bank to take two months for decision in a new application?
