Not Providing the Form 16

Sir/Madam,

This is regarding to my form-16 which has to be provided after leaving the organisation. I joined this company on 1st Nov. 2007 and resigned on 28-June, the company deducted my income tax for every month from my salary, now i am following for my form-16 for last three months asking the same but instead of giving the form 16 they start asking me to refund the salary of June which i never received, I already ask my previous organisation to please verify my salary bank account and check whether I receive any month for the month of June but they are not listing apart from this they also send me the salary slip for the month June without transferring any single penny in my account. Also due to this they have neither give me my relieving letter nor helping in settlement of my PF amount. Request you to please do the needful in my case and get it resolved as i have to submit this form in present organization for ITR declaration.
