EMU Train Complaint
Issuing Season Tickets Regarding

Dear Sir,

I am one of the regular traveller of suthern railways from my schooling. Now I am working as HR - Manager in one Pvt. Ltd. Company.

Daily I used to travel by EMU train from Arambakkam (Thiruvallur Dt) i.e is next to Gummidipundi. From there in morning times we have only 2 EMU trains at 6.00am and 7.00 am from Sullurpet to Chennai. After this time we have trains only after 9.00am only, that trains are not suits for school children and working people.

In Arambakkam Booking office i went to get renewal of my Season (Monthly Ticket) on 06.01.by 6.55am, but that Booking officer is refused to give season and he used some irrespect and low level words that is not fair to tell here.

You the hire authorities can take steps in issuing the season tickets like this stations from 6.00am to 9.00pm because if we miss this trains we can't come to office or school in time.

So please kindly consider this matter in high priority and solve this issue, then the peolple who are all in this surrounding are so many illitrates will get benifit and they all will be thankful to you.
