Following up with PF office from 1 and half years

Its been 1 and half years I have been following with EPFO.

Dear Sri M. Narayanappa,

My health does not permit me to go to office and check the status I am in need of my balance PF amount.

As advised by you I had resubmitted the authorization document, its been months and still awaiting the money to be credited

Humble request pls have this processed as it will be of help for me

As advised below i have submitted reauthorization form with cancelled cheaque few months back, i am in constant touch with coordinator at HSBC.

However even after numerous follow up the amount is still pending.

Request your intervention as mentioned earlier i am in need of funds and not in condition of further followup..
