My health does not permit me to go to office and check the status I am in need of my balance PF amount.
As advised by you I had resubmitted the authorization document, its been months and still awaiting the money to be credited

As advised below i have submitted reauthorization form with cancelled cheaque few months back, i am in constant touch with coordinator at HSBC.
However even after numerous follow up the amount is still pending.
