Sir,

I Ajay kumar prasad residing at Dwarka mod New delhi would like to launch a complaint against ESMS Esource consultancy pvt ltd because A marketing executive from delhi branch comitted me that he would give me some scratch cards if we give them Rs.5000 as down payment for a franchisee, he said he cannot give me laptop & other items but assured me of scratch cards for the placement agency which we are going to buy from ESMS. When I got the DD made infavour of these guys, he said we cannot give you scratch cards and now they are saying we cannot give you any scratch card as this is not under company policy. What should I do not?
