Dear sir,

i like to tell u my self amit from noida. i was taken a work of data converting from pdf file to ms word of esouces company. i was paid for that Rs 1750/- as a advance. i registered at middle of febrary 2009. company give a pdf cd on 27.03.09 and my dute date was 03.04.09 (for returning the cd). but i go to the office of esources for returnig the cd on 04.04.09.he not taken my cd because of one day late. he also cancelled my registration and not refund any Rs.

i want to tell u one things also when i was registered company was told me if u have any techinical problem u can called on my customer care number .when i was doing work techinical problems come andn i tryed to contact of esources customer care number but number was coming busy every time.

actully i was being a day lated because of that techinical problem.

i m belong to middle class family. it big loss for my family. Plz help me
