Dislocation of Second's Hand

On 08/06/10, I bought a watch model number 2377, from your showroom, Watches & More, at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East.

I am disappointed because on very third day second's hand was dislocated from its point. On 14/06/10 we had gone with the watch for replacement, but the Sales Manager gave us assurance that this problem will not happen again. On good faith we agreed on his words and gave the watch for repairing.

Unfortuntely, again with the same problem we went to your showroom on 21/07/10 for replacement of the watch, but the Sales Manager said since it is already past one and half month, replacement is not possible, and besides that there are some minor scratches on the strap.

I request you to kindly replace the watch and solve this matter,
