No refund by marketing times

Its been 3 years since we purchased esteem vxi, and in the lieu of exchange offer they had to refund us Rs. 10, 000. They promised us to send back our ten thousand rupees, yet they never took action. we have been calling them since august till date. you can even check the records of Marketing Times. we were attended by Mrs. Anita Sethi and Guddu. our calls have been received by Sunil Arora, Rajesh, Anita sethi and Guddu. at last we are really fed up bu calling them and thought that this is the best possible way of getting our work done.please take the neccessery action and reply back as soon as possible. thankyou.
