I have purchased an E.ticket on 8/7/09 from yeswantapura to kachiguda in the name of pathakamuri R.N. The transaction id is 0126474210. The pnr number is 4308721881. The cost of ticket is Rs269/. Including your service charges and bank charges an amount of Rs289/ shold have been debited to. my bank a/c. BUT an amount of Rs289 is twice debited to my bank a/c .kindly verify your accounts and refund me amt of Rs289/ immly by crediting the same to my bank a/c
