Failed payment refund status

Transation i.d. nos 0114145575, 0113935402, 0113679117 and 0113677963 are settlement failed.

In this connection pattambi-chennai sector there were four tickets have been booked and cancelled during july a total rs. 1104/- were deducted from my Canara Bank A.T.M account, but I have received reund for only one ticket i.e. Rs. 274/- only. your status report shows that settlement failed.
