E ticket
Money deducted but no bookings done

Sir/Madam,

I tried to book a ticket on 16th Oct from Bangalore City Jn to Mumbai CST. Bu th the transaction failed. I used my SBI debit card to do the transaction. But despite the transaction failing, a total of 383 has been debited from my account. Please look into the matter and credit the amount in my account.
