E-TICKET PAYMENT
DOUBLE PAYMENT FOR ONE TRANSCTION

Dear Sir,

The tickets booked on 16 Mar 09 around 01:30 PM for date of Journey 19 Mar 09 by 2841 Coromandel Express from visakhapatnam to Chennai for three adults cost me Rs.930/-. The online IRCTC site showed the various options of cards, and I made the payment through SBI ATM CUM DEBIT card. However while the card payment was in progress I was surprised to see the irctc site shows page expired. I tried booking the same around 02:30 PM and I got my confirmed PNR. However my SBI account statement on 18 Mar 09 shows as two payments of Rs.930/- is deducted. It really worries me for no fault of mine why two payments are deducted. The details of the booking is given below :

Sir firstly I would like to appreciate for providing this valuable site and me being your valuable customer I would be grateful if necessary action can be taken at your end to refund the excess amount deducted. Also please do suggest if any documents to be forwarded.
