Eureka forbes vacuum cleaner

Sir/madam,

we have a vacuum cleaner (eureka forbes, XL) which we purchased in the year 2000. it is in a very good condition. the paper bags that we use with it is supplied by the company. since march i have been repeatedly asking for the bags twice i have called them once i went personally to their office here in rajajinagar, bangalore. thrice we jave told their sales people who come home all they tell us is we can buy a new one in exchange or that they willl get us the bags but there has not even been a call from the company saying we'll get it. what sort of customer service is this?
