Eureka forbs vaccume cleaner
Invoice Bill not delivered

Dear Sir,

My mame is Madhuri shivastava. I have been sold one vaccume cleaner Euroclean ace by the sales team of Eureka Forbs. They informed me that the bill/Invoive for this product will be delivered to me directly through the Company. They have also taken two cheque of Rs 500/- & Rs 7290/- for the cost of this product. The amount had been deducted from my bank account but even after two months, I could not get the Invoice for this product. I am realy sorry to inform You that they showed little response when I tried to contact on their contact no. Mr Santosh Gupta & his boss from that sales team of Eureka Forbs acted in highly irresponsible manner that has caused me alot of stress and I felt like cheeted. I do not know what has made them to do so. Please do need ful.
