Drum is not rotating

Sir,

I purchased a ifb executive plus model in the month of August from Krishnagar (Nadia District), West Bengal. On 11.07.2008 I found that rotating drum is not working properly, clothes in the drum are not rotating however it takes water and washing powder. It looks like that all other functions are working. In this connection I request your good office to depute one suitable engineer to look into the fault at an early date. I can not waited for too long time.

I would like to place an order for one iron stand and one plastic cover to protect from water.
