Exide Battery
New Battery Acid Leak

I had purchased Exide Battery for Two-Wheeler Model Scooty on 23 Jan from Jagdamba Automobiles, No. 43, Arcot Road, Porur, Chennai 600116, for Rs.865/- . On 24 Jan before mechanic could fit the new battery, acid has been leaked out completely. Lid has been broken. 7AO is the Manufacture Code and Sr. No 753488. Though I didn't get the receipt, I do have the Warranty Card, as issued by dealer - Jagdamba. When I had went and asked to replace, he just says call me tomorrow. I will check and replace the battery. But nothing has happened for the past 3 days. He still has my battery.

Please help me proceeding ahead for the above.
