Courier not delivered till now for 4 months

Courier sent by ICICI Bank on 26.02.2008 vide airway bill no 2373621084 has not been delivered so far, though more than four months have passed. This is height of poor show of service. I dont know why ICICI has choosed such a worst courier company.
