Ezeego has advertised an offer for SBI credit cards on Indian airlines to give 25% cashback on base fare booked on all domestic airlines. I booked 2 tickets from my SBI credit card but got cashback for only one ticket. I called customer care and they said within 7 working days it will be done and ezeego also claimed to make the cashback in 5 days but it has been 15 days and I got my statement also and they have not done the cashback till now. I have mailed them also but didn't get any response till now. Now when I call SBI customer care they are saying to give the full payment. Please help as I am not getting any help from there side.
