HAGGLES IN REFUND

Hi,

I had booked 2 tickets on EZEEGO for pune-delhi sector for 25th Feb. however pune's airfield was closed & hence we had the option of rescheduling / ancelling the flight. We opted for cancellation and even received their cancellation acknowledgement on 16th Jan. I'm still awaiting the refund. Its my earnest suggestion to all the prospective passengers - BEWARE OF EZEEGO. IF U R BOUND TO MAKE CHANGES IN ITINERARY, THEN EZEEGO IS NOT ADVISABLE

Its better TO MAKE RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY WITH Low Cost Airlines as their refund procedure is more transparent.
